Terms & Conditions

All client’s personal information will be kept private.

PayGate is a secure online financial institution that is safe to use.

Products/orders will only go into production once the full amount has cleared in Tailored Tags' account.

Where clients want to change their order no product will be posted/couriered/collected if the full amount is not settled first.

All clients are expected to be patient as all our products are personalised and takess time and care to create.

Tailored Tags will get your order to you as soon as possible as we know you wanted it yesterday.

Extra patience will be needed:

  • In the case of our suppliers being unable to meet time frames.
  • In the unfortunate event of any strikes that might happen.
  • During public holidays.
  • And end of the year closures of companies/suppliers over Christmas and new years.
  • These definitely effects our productivity especially in our peak season in the beginning and towards the end of the year.

It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of any postal strikes happening as this effects all postal services. Tailored Tags does not work for the post office nor any courier company so it is our client's own responsibility (not ours) to track and follow up on posted or couriered parcels. It is advisable to rather use the courier option available.

Tailored Tags will always make sure that all products are in good condition, packed properly to be posted/couriered.

Tailored Tags will not be liable for any damages that might occur to any goods that happened after the products left our premises.

Tailored Tags will gladly replace damaged goods that happened while in transit but at the costs of the client – we will need proof of the damaged goods.

If Tailored Tags accidentally left out any component of the order then Tailored Tags will re-send that component gladly. We reserve the right to choose to courier or post it (if applicable) with a tracking number.

No refunds – all products are personalised therefore they can not be re-sold.

Clients cannot stop/cancel any payment that was made already without notifying Tailored Tags first.
If your product is not in production already Tailored Tags will gladly reimburse the client the amount (less 15% handling fee)
in the case where the client wants to cancel their order after payment was made.

Tailored Tags' production lead time is 5-10 working days. If the client chooses the “Rush my order” option the new production lead time is 2-4 working days. This excludes the post/courier time.

Lead times only fall into action after the full amount has cleared in Tailored Tags' bank account.
