Terms & Conditions

All client’s personal information will be kept private.

PayGate is a secure online financial institution that is safe to use.

Products/orders will only go into production once the full amount has cleared in Tailored Tags' account.

Where clients want to change their order no product will be couriered/collected if the full amount is not settled first.

All clients are expected to be patient as all our products are personalised and takes time and care to create and finalise.

Tailored Tags will get your order to you as soon as possible as we know you wanted it yesterday.

Extra patience will be needed:

  • In the case of our suppliers being unable to meet time frames.
  • In the unfortunate event of any strikes that might happen.
  • During public holidays.
  • At end of the year closures of companies/suppliers over Christmas and new years.
  • During our peak season in the beginning and towards the end of the year.

It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of any strikes happening as this effects our services too.

Tailored Tags does not work for any courier company so it is our client's own responsibility to track and follow up on couriered parcels.

Please note that certain areas are "high risk" areas for the courier drivers and in such cases there is a surcharge on top of the rates stipulated on our website options. Unfortunately we will only be made aware of this when we book your parcel for a specific area. Tailored Tags will then notify the client and if an alternative address can not be provided for delivery the client will have to settle the amount difference first before the parcel will be dispatched. To avoid any delays rather ensure to give the best possible address to be delivered to.

Tailored Tags will always make sure that all products are in good condition, packed properly to be couriered.

Tailored Tags will not be liable for any damages that might occur to any goods that happened after the products left our premises.

Tailored Tags will gladly replace damaged goods that happened while in transit but at the costs of the client – we will need proof of the damaged goods.

If Tailored Tags accidentally left out any component of the order then Tailored Tags will re-send that component gladly. We reserve the right to choose the courier option for this.

No refunds – all products are personalised and sealed therefore they can not be re-sold.

Clients cannot stop/cancel any payment that was made already without notifying Tailored Tags first. If your product is not in production already Tailored Tags will gladly reimburse the client the amount (less 15% handling fee) in the case where the client wants to cancel their order after payment was made.

Please note that our black ink head has been damaged and that we have been printing black in a dark grey for many years already. It is nothing to be concerned about as this does not affect 97% of our designs nor the quality as it is not really noticeable to the naked eye. In a few designs (like the amongus and some super hero icons) the dark grey does not compliment the design so we still use the black ink because your kids love these designs and we want to keep them. The result is that the black ink prints in fine fuzzy lines if you zoom in on it - so if this will bother you then rather avoid these designs.

Tailored Tags' production lead time is 5-10 working days. If the client chooses the “Rush my order” option the new production lead time is 2-4 working days. This excludes the duration of the selected courier option. These rushed orders does not affect any other orders already in the production line as they are being finalised after hours.

Lead times only fall into action after the full amount has cleared in Tailored Tags' bank account or if a proper legitimate proof of payment has been received.

Please make sure to read the instructions carefully on how to use our labels properly to get the most out of them. Vinyls must be adhered to a clean, dry, non-porous and flat surface. Any dust or scratches of older surfaces, curves, textures, bubbles, finger marks, dirt, fattiness, etc. will affect the longevity of the label. Please do not let a label fading over time upset you - just stick on a new one!  🙂
